Opened on November 4, 1996, Norma's House provides
transitional housing and support services in a residential
setting to single, homeless women with additional special
needs, such as mental illness, domestic violence, and chemical
dependency. During its tenure, Norma's House has served
over 80 single women.

Beyond housing and support services, Norma's House offers
its residents a unique opportunity for developing a network of
relationships, with the goal of empowering the women to
obtain and maintain a healthy lifestyle and permanent
housing.  Following the completion of the program, follow-up
services continue for up to two years.
